Most of times teachers and also learners get to a monotony point; following traditional methods, models and techniques that should be fulfilled. However, this posts propose some steps, exactly 3 which can be useful for teachers, to encourage learning process of learners. Even this steps contribute to discover or improve abilities in learners; where they use the creativity to accomplish the tasks to develop. In this way, it is possible that learners become more conscious and autonomous analyzing the process strongest and weaknesses. Identifying the models of classmates. for example collaborative work where is evidenced the peer feedback. Other one is the use of technological tools which are emerging, and changing the alternatives learning process. The importance of the last one is the positive impact that generate in learners. They feel motivated to learn and for teachers to contextualize better the knowledge with unique experience.
