Writing is one of the most difficult ability to teach to our children and in Colombia many students are lacking of a good writing skill. That is why, as teachers, we need to start finding out how to do it. If we want to make a change to introduce the writing to the students, technology is the best ally. There are five apps that carries out the writing process by stages. In the first one, students have their first contact with writing, and in the second one, they learn how to write words making association with the sounds. In the third one, they start writing numbers and words by themselves through games. In the fourth one, it is practiced the spelling of the words; and finally, they have to start producing short texts that demonstrate their learning. These apps are very good strategy to keep a continuous process with the students in any moment leaving the traditional writing structure aside.
