Los estudiantes reclaman nuevas técnicas y metodologías que vayan de la mano con las tendencias sociales, económicas y científicas, y en consonancia con esto el papel del docente cambia de una posición en la cual imparte conocimiento, a una labor en la cual el contenido, la metodología, la tecnología, la capacidad de facilitar el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de habilidades propias del diseño instruccional adquieren una importancia significativa a la hora de lograr los objetivos de aprendizaje propuestos.

 

Ahora es al revés, ya no se basa en plataformas únicas, LMS (éstas ya no son las desarrolladas de ningún aprendizaje) si no son meras bibliotecas, y lo llevan acabo en multitud de escenarios transdisciplinares, en diferentes canales... de los mismos y ya no es ni el sistema ni los docentes quienes realizan este andamiaje, son los aprendices mismos quienes están tomando el control sobre los procesos.

Cuando hablamos de aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida, desarrollo de habilidades, liderazgo, formación online… nos estamos refiriendo a los trabajadores de “cuello blanco”.

 

¿Qué pasa con el resto?

 

El futuro del trabajo, el futuro del aprendizaje debería tener en cuenta a todos. Todos quieren y necesitan aprender.

It allows teachers to create, distribute and track class materials anywhere, on any device. That means it’s accessible from school or home, with any platform (including Macs, PCs, Chromebooks, and tablets). The term ‘LMS’ is often conflated with ‘SMS’ (student management system) and ‘CMS’ (course management system) because their purposes and tools are so similar. In this article, we’ll treat all as LMSs.
