Conducted my first true online course in 2012. This was a very different experience. The removal of face-to-face contact is a feedback mechanism that traditionally use as a gauge in my teaching delivery pace and understanding.

I love that she acknowledges that the words "open" "online" and "learning" are the most abused words in education today.

It is a different mindset, and personally, I think this is what open online learning should go instead of just thinking about program, enrollment, etc.
