As I grow as a leader I am so often reminded of the simple fact that the best leaders are great listeners. They sincerely listen to understand their teams...they don't listen merely to respond.
They also know when to hold their tongues when saying something isn't important, and doesn't add value.
What are your thoughts? I know today I am going to focus on saying less and listening more........how about you?
