As a leader the question is what can we do to ensure that our business strategy is relevant today and in the future?
The Outside In and Future Backcan process ensures that you do a full SWOT Analysis as part of your annual strategic planning process, and scan the external environment (laws, technology, environmental, politcal arena, financial arena, competition, and global trends) and look towards your business from the lens other than your own.
Then having contingency plans such as Plan B, C and also back up plans such as Z plans in place.
