Our latest research report confirms it. But you probably already knew that from watching your kid's device use. Here are some other quick facts from our research: More than 60% of tweens and teens watch online videos every day, and say they enjoy watching "a lot." And YouTube is the platform they can't live without. The number of tweens using social media—before they're technically old enough to do so—is growing. Here's the thing: It's nearly impossible to keep kids from screens. So why not make the best of your family's media use? A healthy relationship with screens is possible, and it starts with balancing media use with other activities like sleep, connecting with loved ones, and exercising.
