It is hard to keep track of meals ,I started using this app and it is very easy to use. I try to eat as healthy as possible , sometimes it can be hard due to the people I'm surrounded by. Its hard going out with anyone because of their choice of food preferences. I've been judged because of the way I eat, supposedly i don't enjoy myself or treat myself. My perspective , if I'm treating my body right I'm treating myself to be healthy and feel better . I want more people to feel the joy and see the changes in health just by eating right. Many people grow up not knowing what it is to cook a meal. I don't judge them whatsoever but i do want to teach them a thing or two about how to eat properly and instill that discipline to keep a healthy diet.
