In my experience, they view humility in leadership as a lack of strength and ability to ‘make the tough decisions.’

Thought provoking article on the current state of our higher education system in America today.
In order to successfully create tomorrows leaders, and arm our children to compete on a global stage, the present culture and stated curriculum within our Colleges and Universities is in dire need of an honest review.
Looking with how school boards define successful leadership would be an excellent place to start.
