Why Minitab is Not Recommended

Why Minitab is Not Recommended | Kaizen Group | Scoop.it
"I was never much of a Minitab user. Minitab lost my confidence when it gave me a standard deviation estimate for a data set with a single point.
Steven Bonacorsi's insight:

Minitab is no longer recommended for Lean Six Sigma because it is too expensive, Lacks the Lean Tools, Minitab betrayed its customers, previous data files are not supported, and overall too complex. It's becoming a burden to our process improvement programs so we are moving on with simpler tools that fit the needs of the processes we are improving. No more one size fits all.
