A beautiful testament to the power of human collaboration.
A castell is a human tower built traditionally in festivals at many locations within Catalonia. At these festivals, several colles castelleres or teams often succeed in building and dismantling a tower's structure.
On November 16, 2010, castells were declared by UNESCO to be amongst the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.

Muy interesante lo que expone Yves Morieux en relación a la obsolescencia de las actuales técnicas de gestión. Si deseamos incrementar la productividad en las empresas, hemos de
1.- ampliar nuestras perspectivas y comprender lo que hacen los demás
2.- reforzar la colaboración y cooperación, actualizando las reglas de actuación
3.- Empoderar a las personas/profesionales para que se comprometan y responsabilicen
4.- Tener una visión del impacto de nuestro trabajo
5.- Facilitar la transparencia y comunicación fluida: falla no quien comete un error, sino quien no pide ayuda
6.- tener en cuenta "castigos" y premios, para que se valore el mérito y el buen hacer.
